Our Process

1. Initial Consultation: From the moment you reach out to us, we take charge of the entire process. Let's jump on a call if you have questions. If you are ready to start, please fill out the family application.

2. Finders Fee: Once your application is filled out a $350 finders fee is required to get us started. This amount is non-refundable.

3. Family Consultation: We talk on the phone or video chat with you to get a better understanding of your families needs and what your ideal candidate looks like.

4. Thorough Screening: We conduct comprehensive checks to ensure the safety and qualifications of each nanny.

5. Tailored Matches: We present you with a curated selection of nannies who align with your family's needs.

6. Pick your match: You choose what candidate you want!

7. Contract: We edit your employment contract.

Even after we have filled your position, Villa Agency will touch base with you during your time of employment to ensure everything is going smoothly.
