MEET THE FOUNDER
ASHLEY
Founder and Owner
I am a seasoned childcare professional with over a decade of experience. Throughout my time nannying and working as a newborn care specialist, I have gained extensive knowledge and skills that I bring to my role at my agency. I specialize in caring for children of all ages and am deeply passionate about their education and development.

My journey in childcare has taken me across the globe, working with children in orphanages, rescuing children from sex trafficking, teaching English, aiding in the refugee crisis, and supporting children in slums. These experiences have profoundly shaped my understanding of child development and the unique needs of children in various circumstances. My extensive study of child development and numerous certifications have equipped me with the knowledge and expertise to provide exceptional care. I am known for creating engaging and creative activities that not only entertain but also educate. I have a love for nursing and fostering growth in the children that surround me.
While I love every age and stage of a child's growth, babies are my absolute favorite. Through my extensive knowledge in the nanny industry, my exceptional understanding of how a nanny’s mind works, and my knowledge of industry standards, I hope to partner with families to teach them how to maintain a healthy nanny-employer relationship. I aim to educate families on what is healthy for a nanny and what is too much, so their nannies don't get burnt out and have to walk away from their villages. Hiring a nanny should not be jumped into but should be approached with knowledge and care. I can’t wait to partner with my nannies and families and watch them successfully place a new village member in their community.

In my free time, I love swimming, jet skiing, playing tennis, attending Braves games with friends, hanging out at the beach, and reading in a bookstore.

My heart is to love others well and be their biggest cheerleaders! I think the world would be a better place if we cheered people on a bit more.
